Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business objectives. The role involves creating high-performing content, running experiments to optimize performance, and collaborating with creative teams to drive engagement, growth, and conversions across platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end social media growth strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop high-performing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) focusing on hooks, storytelling, and conversion
•  Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce content that drives measurable business outcomes
• Run experiments and A/B tests on content formats, messaging, and posting times, scaling what works and optimizing what doesn't  

  Track, analyze, and report growth and business metrics, providing actionable insights

• 
  

  Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and platform changes

•  Coordinate with performance marketing teams to repurpose winning ads and test organic content for paid amplification 

• Basic involvement in paid media understanding and funnel optimization

  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience of 4+ years in social media management, growth, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to create engaging content with strong hooks, storytelling, and conversion focus
• Experience with content planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of paid media, ad creatives, and marketing funnels
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure performance
• Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, editors, and marketing teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Good communication and organizational skills

Experience: 4+ years

Work Timings: 11:00 am 8:00 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
