About the role:
We are looking for a confident, extroverted, and versatile individual to represent our brand both online and offline. This role combines recruitment support, marketing collaboration, and UGC content creation to strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team, manage hiring tasks through Meta ads, and create engaging content for social media. The goal is to ensure that candidates and audiences recognize and connect with the face of our brand before stepping into the office or interacting with us online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the approachable and confident face of the brand in all candidate and audience interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align hiring activities with branding goals.
- Manage and execute hiring tasks, including posting and promoting roles through Meta ads.
- Create engaging UGC (user-generated content) for social media to showcase the companys culture, values, and brand identity.
- Support the recruitment process, from initial outreach to candidate engagement and interview coordination.
- Build strong connections with candidates, employees, and the online community to enhance brand recognitio
- Handle versatile tasks across branding, recruitment, and content creation without role fragmentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, social media content creation, marketing, or a related role.
- Confident, extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Meta ads and social media campaign management.
- Creativity and ability to generate content ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
