We're hiring a Product Manager (Pakistan and India)
Our client is seeking an experienced Platform Product Manager to own and evolve our core operations execution platform. In this role, you'll be the voice of our multi-unit operator customers, driving continuous improvement of the fundamental workflows that thousands of frontline teams rely on daily to maintain brand standards, ensure compliance, and execute operations consistently across locations.
What You'll Do:
Customer Feedback Leadership
- Own the customer feedback loop from collection through execution, synthesizing insights from customer success, support tickets, user interviews, and platform analytics
- Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive backlog of customer-requested enhancements, balancing quick wins with strategic platform improvements
- Establish systematic feedback channels with enterprise customers including QBRs, user advisory boards, and regular check-ins with power users
- Create transparency around feature prioritization decisions and communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and key customers
Core Platform UX Excellence
- Lead UX improvements for critical user journeys including task creation/assignment, checklist completion, work order management, and cross-location standardization
- Optimize mobile-first experiences for frontline workers, focusing on reducing time-to-completion and minimizing training requirements
- Drive desktop experience enhancements for managers and administrators, improving bulk operations, multi-location management, and reporting workflows
- Partner with design to conduct usability testing and iterate on core features based on user behavior data
Competitive Positioning & Feature Parity
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis against players like SafetyCulture, Zenput, PlayerLync, and traditional CMMS providers
- Identify and prioritize feature gaps that prevent competitive wins or cause customer churn
- Define strategies to differentiate Xenia's core platform capabilities while ensuring table-stakes features meet or exceed industry standards
- Work with sales and customer success to understand lost deals and competitive displacement opportunities
Platform Operations & Execution
- Own core platform features including Operations Templates (checklists, SOPs, inspections), Task & Work Order management, and Team Collaboration tools
- Ensure platform scalability and performance for enterprise customers managing hundreds of locations
- Drive improvements in platform reliability, speed, and mobile/offline capabilities
- Partner with engineering on technical debt prioritization that impacts user experience
Must Have Requirements
- B2B SaaS Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated impact on user engagement, retention, and platform adoption metrics
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of translating customer feedback into successful product improvements with measurable outcomes
- UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user experience principles, particularly for mobile-first and blue-collar worker applications
- Competitive Intelligence: Experience conducting competitive analysis and using insights to inform product strategy
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user research to validate hypotheses and measure success
- Stakeholder Management: Excellence in managing diverse stakeholder expectations including customers, sales, customer success, and engineering
What We're Looking For
- Experience with operations management, field service, or workforce management platforms
- Understanding of multi-unit operations challenges in retail, restaurants, or convenience stores
- Track record of improving core platform metrics (DAU/MAU, feature adoption, time-to-value)
- Strong technical aptitude to work effectively with engineering on platform architecture decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and modern product management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with franchise or multi-location business operations
- Knowledge of compliance, food safety, or facilities maintenance workflows
- Familiarity with frontline workforce tools and mobile-first product development
- Understanding of change management in enterprise rollouts
- Experience with API-first platforms and integration strategies
