About the Client:
Hiring for giant automobile company.

Opening: Plant Manager (Benling EV)

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

· Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and organizational goals.

· Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.

· Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to maintain an adequate inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.

· Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any product or process-related issues.

· Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff.

· Provide leadership and motivation to create a positive and productive work environment.

· Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

· Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· Keep abreast of changes in regulations affecting the industry and implement necessary adjustments.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Rich experience in plant management.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Other Details:
Location: Port Qasim - Karachi
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (10am - 6pm)
Salary: Market Competitive
