Performance Marketing Specialist (On-site | Islamabad | Salary in PKR)

Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work on a specific project critical to The Company's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our team members to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you design, test, deploy, and maintain marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve online marketing campaigns

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

• Take on tasks as requested, following through to completion despite roadblocks or distractions

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or other related fields
• Experience in Google marketing, Facebook marketing, and Email marketing
• Experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns

• 1-3 Years of experience in paid marketing

  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in managing Insights, Google Analytics, and data management

• Develop Marketing strategies as per business requirements

• Expertise in implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns

• Experience optimizing and troubleshooting ad campaigns

• Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 2 pm-11 pm
