Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Production Manager with Full stack Development experience to join our team on a full time basis.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of smaller projects while also providing front-end development support.

Production Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end production of smaller projects.

  • Manage client communication and expectations via structured processes.

  • Create accurate estimates based on templated costing/descriptions/timings.

  • Brief and manage resources, providing QA/testing feedback.

  • Maintain internal platforms and documentation as jobs progress.

  • Populate content and optimize assets for CMS implementation.

Mandatory Technical Skill Set:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong experience in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in the following areas:

  • ReactJS Advanced proficiency in building scalable and performant user interfaces.

  • Next.js (v15 or later) Strong experience with the latest version of Next.js for server-side rendering and full-stack application development.

  • TypeScript / JavaScript Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both TypeScript and JavaScript.

  • Animation Libraries Practical experience using libraries such as GSAP or Motion.dev to create high-quality web animations.

  • Node.js Proven ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js.

  • Tailwind CSS / SASS / CSS3 Strong styling skills using utility-first CSS frameworks and preprocessors.

  • Storyblok (Headless CMS) Hands-on experience working with Storyblok for dynamic content integration and management.

  • HTML Email Development & Testing Ability to create and test responsive HTML emails across various clients and devices.

Essential Skills

  • Strong HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript proficiency

  • Experience with SCSS/Tailwind CSS and responsive development

  • Familiarity with Figma design tools

  • Cross-browser development and testing experience

  • Eye for visual consistency and UX best practices

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms and PM tools like Trello

  • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and scope
