Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth, targeted research to identify prospective clients and key decision-makers across strategic industries.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce and promote our services.
- Qualify leads by thoroughly understanding their business needs and aligning those needs with our service offerings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign leads and inbound inquiries, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads, acting as the first point of contact in the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts and lead interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about our services, industry developments, and competitive landscape to continuously refine outreach and engagement strategies.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Remote (Global HR Solutions & Employment Tools for Distributed Teams), Upwork, and similar tools to build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective leads with the goal of successful conversion.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software and services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities to effectively identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
- Demonstrated success in conducting cold outreach via multiple channels including email, phone, and social media.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to create and optimize new online profiles to support business development initiatives and establish a credible digital presence.
- A strong sales mindset with a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding growth targets is essential.
