Role Description
We are seeking ambitious salespeople ready to set and close their own deals. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule.
During the first 30 days, you will focus on setting appointments for our senior closer while training to close deals independently. After that, you will set your own appointments and close your own deals.
To prove your ability as a closer, you must meet the following performance targets in your first 30 days:
Set 20 BANT-qualified appointments.
Ensure a 50% show rate, with at least 10 appointments showing up.
Properly qualify at least 5 appointments for a full demo of our platform.
Ensure 2+ appointments meet all criteria, leading to an agreement sent for review.
At least 1 signed deal should be acquired by the closer from those 20 appointments.
After successfully completing these tasks, you will take full ownership of your pipeline, setting, pitching, and closing deals for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting: Book BANT-qualified appointments in the first month for our Closer, ensuring at least one deal is closed.
Closing Deals: After training, manage your own pipeline and close deals independently.
Follow-Ups & Client Acquisition: Identify ideal clients and guide them through the sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.
Qualification
We are seeking salespeople who are ambitious, growth-oriented, and eager to prove themselves as closers.
- Required
Experience in client or customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
Good high-speed internet and a quiet place to work.
Your own computer and headset.
Willingness to learn the Sandler sales methodology and train with the team.
Proven ability to handle rejection, close deals, and persistently pursue new leads.

Previous closing experience in sales or collection
Experience: 1+ years in B2B Sales
Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday ( Schedule is between 08:00 AM ET till 09:00 PM ET, Daily tasks usually take around 8 hours and the timings are flexible within this schedule
(6 PM PKT till 7 AM PKT)
