Upwork Bidder - Morning Shift

About Our Client:

A fast-growing IT-Services company.

Job Description:

As our Bidder, you will be responsible for:

• Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms
• Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly
• Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Work with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, web/app development, or design.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Other Details

Work Mode: Onsite- Full Time

Experience: 1-3 Years

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10am-7pm
