Actively looking for Business Developer (Bidder) for one of our IT client supporting, promoting and growing 45+ businesses to get them to dominate their playground! With an accumulated revenue of more than $32 Million, aiming for large projects.

Job description:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities on lead generation platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.

  • Manage CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and nurturing of leads to closure.

  • Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and craft tailored
    proposals that meet client specifications.

  • Ensure all client interactions are logged and maintained in the CRM system, providing clear
    visibility on the pipeline status.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate potential solutions to prospective
    clients.

  • Regularly review and refine lead generation and management processes to increase
    efficiency.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal
    stakeholders.

  • Follow up diligently on leads to convert proposals into successful deals.

  • Engage in continuous learning about new tech stacks and AI innovations to enhance proposal
    quality and client interactions.
    Requirements:

  • Bachelors in BSCS or related field

Job Details:

Experience: 2+ years

Work Timings:6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Work Mode: Onsite
