Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality leads through LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to research potential clients, craft compelling outreach messages, and build a strong pipeline of prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn prospecting, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads (B2B or B2C) using  Sales Navigator and other tools.

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, InMail messages, comments, and engagement strategies).

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).

  • Personalize outreach messages to increase response rates and conversions.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for better results.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-gen efforts with business goals.

  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices for lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales prospecting, or digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi).

  • Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging messages.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs (response rates, meetings booked, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Experience in the Blockchain niche is a plus.
