About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other technical roles.
Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting to remain competitive in the market.
Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
