CRM & Automation Specialist - Onsite - Night Shift - Lahore

Job Responsibilities

• CRM Configuration & Management: Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot to align with marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
• ClickUp Optimization: Customize ClickUp workflows, dashboards, and automation to track projects, manage tasks, and improve collaboration.
• Software Discovery & Recommendations: Actively research and recommend new software solutions to improve internal processes, marketing automation, and client experience.
• Automation Workflows: Develop and refine automated marketing campaigns, email flows, and Customer nurturing sequences using HubSpot, ClickUp, and additional tools.
• Dashboard Creation & Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards within ClickUp, HubSpot, and other platforms to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Data Integration & Flow: Connect CRM, project management tools, and lead tracking systems to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency.
• Sales Funnel Management: Design and manage lead funnels that enhance engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Training & Support: Provide training to team members on CRM features, ClickUp optimizations, and newly introduced software. Write new processes and train team members.
• Website & Landing Page Support: Collaborate with the Web team to ensure CRM integration and data capture through websites and landing pages.
• Lead Scoring & Segmentation: Implement personalized marketing strategies by developing targeted lead-scoring systems and segmentation tactics.
• SEO & Web Integration: Support SEO strategies by ensuring CRM-integrated websites are optimized for search engines and mobile responsiveness.

Education:

• A bachelor's or preferably master's degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institute.
• 3-5 years of professional experience (including at least three years in the US market),
• 5 years of experience in automation, and
• a minimum of 3 years experience in Hubspot

Skills Required

• Strong experience with ClickUp, HubSpot, and related CRM tools for setup, automation, and customization.

• Proactive approach in researching and recommending new software solutions to improve Internal processes and client success:
• Expertise in building dashboards for performance tracking, data analysis, and actionable insights.
• Ability to develop tailored reports that align with marketing KPIs and sales objectives.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to identify insights and implement strategic Improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to train and support team members in utilizing software effectively.

Must Have

• Previous experience in CRM configuration, automation, and data-driven dashboard creation
• using tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data architecture.
• Proven experience in researching and implementing new software for business growth.
• Demonstrated ability to train and support team members in adopting new tools
