Job Descriptions:
Responsibilities:
- Generate regular reports and insights on key financial metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new tools and streamlining of current systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Improve existing processes and evaluate areas for investment within financial operations while identifying key gaps and corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide checks and balances to ensure compliance with financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and CX, to align on requirements for key projects and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Quickly ramp up on various tools and processes to effectively support financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar roles, with a focus on operational improvement.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and business intelligence software.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work remotely with a schedule that overlaps North American hours.
Working Days &Timings :
- Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM - Flexible)
- 2 hours overlap at Canadian hours 9 pm - 11 pm. Rest Flexible timings
