Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manual QA Lead to guide and grow our quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. As a QA Lead, you will play a key role in defining testing strategies, coordinating test efforts, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team, providing mentorship, support, and technical guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality manual testing practices.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee and perform manual testing of web, mobile, and API features across multiple releases and environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand features and changes, ensuring robust test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Define and manage regression test suites, smoke test plans, and release readiness checks.
• Drive the QA process, including test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with agile/scrum development cycles.
• Help establish and improve QA standards, documentation, and best practices across the team.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure quality is considered at every stage of development.
• Coordinate with automation engineers to ensure manual and automated testing are strategically aligned.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in manual QA.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with web, mobile, and API testing.
• Excellent skills in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.
• Experience with tools like TestRail, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and sprint-based workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of automation testing and frameworks.
• Experience testing in cloud-based environments.
• Exposure to performance or security testing.
• Familiarity with NoSQL for basic database validation.

Job Details:

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Timings: 10AM - 7PM

• Work Mode: Full-Time Remote

• Experience: 4 + years
• Paid in USD (TAX-FREE SALARY)
