About the Role: Assistant Manager - Sales
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts
- Utilizing various methods for leads generation, including personal networks, client referrals, road running, and cold calling
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly
- Proactively following up with clients for recommendations and referrals to expand the client base Meeting deadlines for regular and special tasks to ensure efficient sales operations
- Creating accurate and timely proposals for clients, reflecting a deep understanding of their requirements Maintaining a well-documented pipeline for leads and sales activities to track progress and optimize future strategies
- Actively participating in sales stand-up meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and contributing to team discussions
QUALIFICATIONS
- BE or BBA
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the solar energy industry
- At least 2 -3 years of experience will be required Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of solar energy industry trends and regulations

Location: Clifton - Karachi
Timings: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday HALF DAY)
