Software Project Manager - Onsite - Karachi

Job Description:

Were looking for a highly motivated Software Project Manager with hands-on experience in UI/UX design, Flutter app development, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow. Youll be responsible for managing project timelines, communicating with clients, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions efficiently. You will also play a key role in supporting business development by preparing and presenting accurate effort estimates to incoming project leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project delivery across web and mobile platforms.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
3. Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team.
4. Ensure clear and timely updates to clients, including blockers, milestones, and project progress.
5. Coordinate closely with designers and developers to maintain a high standard of UI/UX and technical quality.
6. Rally internal teams to maintain momentum, meet deadlines, and deliver efficiently.
7. Proactively identify risks and drive resolution strategies.
8. Prepare and deliver project effort estimates for qualified leads in coordination with the technical team and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in managing software development projects, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
2. Familiarity with Flutter app development; hands-on experience is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and workflows.
4. Familiarity with development on WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow; development experience preferred.
5. Excellent written communication skills in English for client-facing updates, documentation, and technical discussions.
6. Ability to translate technical challenges into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Highly organized with a proactive and collaborative approach.
8. Confidence in discussing timelines, feature sets, and delivery plans with prospective clients.

Location: Gulistan e Johar, Karachi

Salary: Market competitive

Timings Days: Mon to Fri 2pm to 10pm
