Hiring 3D Max Designer - Karachi Onsite

Job Description:
Design and develop 3D models and renderings of store layouts, elevations, and sections for mall projects.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and preferences.
Create photorealistic renderings and animations to showcase design concepts.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of retail design trends, mall layouts, and brand requirements.
Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, interior design, and construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender).
Experience with rendering engines
Strong understanding of retail design principles, mall layouts, and brand identity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail/mall design or similar projects.
Knowledge of design software like Autodesk, Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with construction processes and building codes.
- Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
- Work Mode: Full Time Onsite
- Required Experience: 3-4 Years
- Work Timings: 9AM - 6PM
