Client Company Introduction:

The company is a custom website & mobile design & development company serving clients across Pakistan. It specializes in Logo design, Branding, Website Design Services, Mobile App Development services, Online Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Software development, E-commerce Development, and CRM solutions.

Opening: Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)

Job Responsibilities:

Acquiring business through Upwork for App Development (iOS, Android), Flutter, Laravel.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salesforce or related software experience is a major plus.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
Selection of right (Cost Effective and doable in the mentioned budget), up sale with the client if required.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
Maintain very high rating on platform.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia.

Experience: 3 + years
Location: Karachi 
Work Mode: On-site - Night Shift
Working Day: 9:00PM till 6.00AM - Mon to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays).
