Sr Laravel Developer (Remote)

The client company is an organization and company that works to make an impact, it is a company based in Sweden with developers in Ukraine, the Philippines (Manila and Visaya), Indonesia (Padang and PM in Jakarta), and Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore).

It revolutionizes and develops the interpreting and language industry. Through a fully automated interpreting process, handling and matching of assignments is faster and more accurate.

Its end customers are hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities that communicate with refugees and other people in need.

Position: Senior Fullstack Developer - (Laravel + Vue Js)

Job Responsibilities:

Hands-on Coding with PHP Laravel, working on REST APIs Experience with Deploying projects on AWS.

Integrating external APIs in the Laravel projects like Payment APIs

Experience with a queuing system such as SQS, Redis, or similar

Experience with Databases such as MySQL or MariaDB

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines would be a plus

Writing unit tests

Understanding how to write code that optimizes API calls and DB load.

Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create an innovative website that draws the users attention and interest.

- Create reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code

- Implement front-end components with Vue.js framework

- Translate the clients technical requirements into code

- Test and update web application so that it can be used on all web browsers

- Develop websites which are able to update in real-time.

Skills and Qualifications:

Laravel with experience with writing APIs.

4-6 years of working experience in a similar field

English language proficiency

4+ years of professional experience in Vue.js and object oriented programming

Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Highly proficient in Vue.js framework

Proficient in using Git as a control system

Using stack for updating sites in real time such as pusher, socket.io, or firebase

Having experience with other Javascript frameworks such as React, and ReactNative is considered a big benefit/merit.
