Job Responsibilities
Managing Day-to-Day Business Operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that resources needed are available to establish and provide an effective operational management.
- Introduce updated performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the operations.
- Participate as an advisory member of the Business development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
- Prepare prices for Sales Managers according to the best policy practices as and when required.
- Act as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
- Ensuring Uninterrupted Supply Chain Operations
Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments. - Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at warehouse, and in the factory that is under production process.
- Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
- Scrutinize current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Develop and implement policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain operations while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
Providing Logistics Support - Identifies best shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and stock distribution.
Facilitating Company-wide - Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Communication & Coordination - Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.

Working Days: (Monday - Saturday) 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Lahore
Experience: 10 years+
Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain
