Business Development Executive - Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in bidding on freelancing platforms and cold calling, preferably in an international market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on potential projects through freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.)
• Generate new business leads via outbound calls, emails, and online platforms

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth

• Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions

• Maintain records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM tools

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets

Requirements:

• Night shift experience is a must

• Proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms

• Experience in cold calling or outbound sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Timings / Day: Monday to Saturday 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Karachi.
