Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Admin - UAE to support key HR and administrative tasks. This role involves handling onboarding/offboarding, payroll, visa processing, audits, legal support, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle payroll management and documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota requests
- Support overseas HR operations as needed
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance
- Provide basic legal support in employee conflict and dispute matters
- Maintain and organize bid documentation
- Oversee insurance policy renewals and assist with negotiations
Requirements:
- 3 5 years Prior experience in HR and administrative roles in the UAE
- Good knowledge of labor laws and government portals
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Part-Time 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, 5 days a week)
Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Shift: Mostly day shift but can be flexible depending on the work.
