Assistant Manager Finance - Oracle NetSuite ERP

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting using Oracle NetSuite.

• Manage and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

• Lead and oversee accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to optimize financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, taxation laws, and financial regulations.

• Conduct internal financial audits and variance analysis for accuracy and risk mitigation.

• Supervise finance executives, ensuring smooth execution of accounting and financial tasks.

• Optimize financial workflows in NetSuite ERP and collaborate with IT teams for enhancements.

• Provide financial insights, business intelligence reports, and recommendations to management.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders for compliance requirements.

• Monitor cost control measures and assess profitability of business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 1+ year using Oracle NetSuite ERP.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and strategic planning.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Other Details:

• Timings: 1pm-10pm for males / 11am-8pm for females
• Working Days: Monday - Friday 
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
  
• Work Mode: Full Time Onsite
  
• Experience: 4 Years in Finance & 1 yr in Oracle NetSuite
