About Our Client:

It is a leading software development company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, custom software development, and software exports, serving both local and international markets.

Primary Duties:

• Technical Support for Sales: Assist sales teams by addressing technical questions, providing product insights, and delivering technical presentations to clients.
• Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct engaging product demos tailored to client needs, showcasing key features and benefits.
• Client Requirements Management: Work with clients to understand their technical needs and ensure the proposed solutions align with their requirements.
• Solution Design & Customization: Help customize solutions to fit client environments, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Documentation & Proposals: Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and other necessary documentation.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Secondary Duties:

• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support and training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or software consultancy.
• Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and implementation processes.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Islamabad

Experience: 3 + years

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 Morning Shift
