About the Role:

The company is looking for a creative, organized, and adaptable Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with clients, collaborating with designers, managing Meta advertising campaigns, and driving measurable growth across multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can manage multiple brands simultaneously, and demonstrates strong communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  • Create and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Recommend improvements based on campaign and audience performance.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate content planning and execution across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns support business objectives and performance targets.

Client Management

  • Coordinate with clients regularly to align expectations and campaign direction.
  • Present ideas, gather feedback, and maintain strong working relationships.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers and internal teams to execute creative campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery across projects.

Performance Tracking & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Support measurable growth across multiple client accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing multiple brands and client accounts
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
