About the Company: 

Looking for a client who has fifteen years of experience in the field of makeup, skincare, and hair care.

Role Overview – Branch Manager

Job Purpose

To manage overall salon branch operations, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, achieve sales targets, manage staff performance, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the salon branch

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets

• Supervise staff attendance, performance, and discipline

• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure implementation of company policies and SOPs

• Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and staff issues

• Monitor stock, inventory, and product usage

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Head Office

• Handle branch expenses and petty cash as per policy

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
