About the Role:
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns primarily on Google Ads under the guidance of our Senior PPC Lead based in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in PPC and expand into areas like email marketing, automation, and content-driven lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

 PPC & Paid Media:
 
  • Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max). 
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). 
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and adjust bids to improve performance. 
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align landing pages and website experience with campaign goals.

Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Work with designers and developers to enhance landing page UX and improve conversion rates.

  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, CTAs, and landing page elements to boost post-click performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).

  • Create performance reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign tracking and reporting.
Growth Opportunities:
  • Support email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows (e.g., Pardot).
  • Assist with basic SEO initiatives and B2B lead generation strategies.

  • Get involved in marketing automation projects across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

  • Basic understanding of landing page UX and A/B testing principles.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Good in English (both written and verbal).

Bonus / Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and workflows.

  • Exposure to SEO and content marketing strategies.
