Opening: Lead Generation Specialist

Position

Were hiring a Sales Lead Generation Specialist focused on sourcing and qualifying online leads for our data/AI consulting services. Youll own topoffunnel research, outreach, and pipeline hygiene, partnering closely with the Operations Manager and technical team to convert interest into opportunities.

  • Fill the pipeline with qualified leads that match our service offerings

  • Improve reply and meetingbooked rates through targeted outreach and messaging

  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene to enable reliable forecasting and KPI reviews

What You'll Do

  • Source leads via online platforms (Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn/communities) and curated lists

  • Qualify prospects against ICP/use cases; tailor messages with relevant case studies

  • Run multistep outreach (email/DMs/platform proposals); book intro calls

  • Collaborate with the technical team to shape proposals/SOWs and close warm leads

  • Maintain CRM stages, notes, and next actions; report weekly KPIs (leads, replies, meetings, SQLs)

  • Build and iterate outreach templates, value props, and campaign experiments

  • Coordinate with marketing on landing pages, portfolio, and content to support conversion

  • Use AI tools to draft proposals, personalize outreach, and summarize calls

Required Experience (Critical)

  • 2+ years of online lead generation or SDR experience in B2B services

  • Demonstrated success on platforms like Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn for tech or data services

  • Strong written communication; can draft clear proposals and outreach messages

  • CRM proficiency (pipeline stages, tasks, reporting) and disciplined followup

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with weekly targets and KPI tracking

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data/BI/AI services, common use cases, and value drivers

  • Basic understanding of analytics/AI terminology to qualify prospects effectively

  • Experience with email outreach tools and enrichment/data providers

  • Portfolio of successful proposals or case studies
