About Role:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Graphic Designer to develop high-quality design assets across digital and print platforms. The role focuses on creating compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's overall visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

Design engaging social media creatives including posts, reels covers, carousels, stories, and banners

Create marketing collateral such as brochures, prospectus, standees, presentations, and other print materials

Develop visually appealing creatives for campaigns aligned with brand guidelines

Ensure consistency in design across all digital and offline platforms

Create basic video content and reels; demonstrate understanding of video editing for marketing campaigns

Branding & Visual Identity

Maintain and strengthen the organization's visual identity across all touchpoints

Develop creative concepts for academic, promotional, and branding campaigns

Ensure all designs are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with social media, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver campaign creatives

Interpret content briefs and translate them into impact
ful visual designs

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 16 years of education

3+ years of experience in Graphic Design

Proven portfolio showcasing digital and print design work

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva

Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

Strong time management, creativity, and problem-solving skills

Experience in the education industry is highly preferred
