We're hiring HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist (Lahore)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of inbound and outbound marketing efforts. This role requires hands-on expertise in HubSpot tools, including Forms, Analytics, Lead Flows, CTAs, and Ads. You will be responsible for building effective automation workflows, managing segmentation, and supporting campaign performance through CRM integration and reporting.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign
automation, lead engagement, and data-driven targeting strategies within the HubSpot
ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot
- Set up and implement HubSpot Forms, ensuring proper data capture and syncing into the CRM
- Leverage HubSpot Analytics to monitor performance across all marketing campaigns
and identify actionable insights - Create and test CTAs (Calls-to-Action) that are personalized and conversion-driven
Develop and manage Lead Flows to create dynamic, targeted lead capture experiences - Use HubSpot Ads to sync HubSpot lists with ad platforms like Facebook and Google,
and track ROI - Create segmented smart lists for precise audience targeting and nurturing
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead flow into the CRM (e.g.
HubSpot or Salesforce) - Implement tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters to measure multi-channel
campaign performance - Conduct A/B testing on forms, emails, and CTAs to improve engagement metrics
- Maintain high standards for email deliverability and list health using integrations like Never Bounce
- Support HubSpot integration with third-party tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, ad platforms)
- Prepare reports on campaign KPIs and share performance insights with relevant
stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and contact management
- Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns through HubSpot Ads
- Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with CRMs and third-party data enrichment platforms
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and reporting via HubSpot
- Ability to manage automated workflows across email, lead capture, and ad channels
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
Preferred:
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- Strong grasp of audience targeting strategies for paid campaigns via HubSpot Ads
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor email or landing page customizations
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns that integrate HubSpot workflows with paid media, forms, CTAs, and analytics.
