Job Role: Chief of Staff to the CEO
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving execution, ensuring alignment, and amplifying strategic impact across the organization. This high-trust, high-influence role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives on structure, consistency, and disciplined follow-throughensuring that the CEOs priorities are translated
into meaningful outcomes across the business.
This role is a force multiplier for the CEO and the broader executive teamturning strategy into action and ambiguity into order.
1. Project Management & Strategic Follow-Through
- Track and drive progress of key CEO-led strategic initiatives across departments.
- Identify roadblocks, surface issues early, and work with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and align with project milestones.
- Lead rigorous follow-ups and status updates to ensure timely delivery of critical objectives.
- Synthesize reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide the CEO with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Take strong ownership of follow-up, status tracking, and ensuring accountability across recurring workflows.
2. CEO Office Management & Operations
- Manage daily operations of the Office of the CEO, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and discretion at all times.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the CEO and leadership teams, managing workflows and priorities.
- Own special projects and internal initiatives that require cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.
- Represent the CEOs office in key internal and external forums when needed.
- Ensure routine processes and communications are documented, consistent, and optimized.
3. Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
- Operate as a thought partner to the CEOpreparing for key meetings, framing
- strategic discussions, and driving alignment across the executive leadership team.
- Ensure the CEOs time is leveraged on the highest-impact areas by filtering, prioritizing, and managing requests.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic documents with high-quality insight and clarity.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure the CEOs vision and directives are clearly communicated and followed through with precision.
What Were Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with a strong bias for structure, consistency, and disciplined follow-through.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a knack for clarity and executive-level storytelling.
- A structured executor with emotional intelligence, discretion, and a bias for clarity.
- You enjoy structured environments, are energized by follow-through and consistency, and take pride in bringing order to complexity.
- You value discipline, process, and reliability over constant change.

Location: Lahore
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
