Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Team Lead Microsoft Dynamics to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and people management to ensure the successful delivery of business-critical applications and enhancements. You will guide a team of Dynamics developers and consultants, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and external partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

STRATEGIC
(Depending on the Position Level - Responsibilities that articulate the strategic role a position plays in an organization i.e. strategy development, budget formulation, revenue, and profit & loss responsibility)
Look at opportunities of introducing best practices in process re-engineering, solution design and development
OPERATIONAL
Depending on the Position Level Responsibilities that entail the delivery of operational day-to-day activities and tasks
Lead and manage a team of Dynamics developers and functional consultants.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM/CE, F&O, Business Central based on focus).
Provide technical and functional guidance on Dynamics architecture, customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure development and configuration align with best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.
Plan and manage sprints, releases, and deployment activities.
Perform code reviews and enforce quality standards across the team.
Support issue resolution, debugging, and performance tuning.
Stay up to date with Microsofts roadmap and advise on new capabilities and optimizations.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Depending on the Position Level Responsibilities that pertain to positions which have a supervisory role to play
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PRODUCT / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Depending on the Position Level - Responsibilities that pertain to a proactive role in identifying and improving existing business processes or products
Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented as per the organization governance model
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.
Produce Technical design documents (TDD) aligned to the FRD document
COMMUNICATION
The contact groups represent the functions or entities, both internal and external to Al Ghurair, which the position regularly interacts with

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
This section outlines the education, experience, knowledge and skills required for the position to be able to deliver upon the jobs duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Dynamics architecture, extension/customization strategies, and Power Platform
integrations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 administration, security model, workflows, and reporting.
Familiarity with Azure services, PowerApps, Power Automate, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
