Business Development Manager - Paints & Construction - Onsite | Lahore | PKR Salary

About Our Client:
Hiring for a leader in the distribution of raw materials for paints, underpinned by a robust corporate strategy.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and focused individual to manage business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Hunt and develop new paint projects across Lahore.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, painters and paint contractors.

* Develop new painter and contractor networks while leveraging existing market connections.

* Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation and meetings to quotation, negotiation, conversion and completion.

* Ensure strong follow-up and protect converted projects from being lost to competitors.

* Develop sustainable business and repeat project opportunities.

* Identify opportunities within the trade/retail market and convert customers through business development and upselling.

* Maintain a strong project pipeline and consistently achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

* Strong understanding of the Lahore construction and project market.

* Existing network with architects, builders, contractors and painters will be preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Proactive project hunter with disciplined follow-up.

* Highly target and conversion oriented.

Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree – BBA, BS, BSc or equivalent

Experience: Paints, building materials, construction or project sales preferred

Reports to: RSM / Business Director

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time
Location: Lahore
Experience: 2+ Years
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
