Opening: Senior Production Executive

Job description:
Key Role 1: Manufacturing-Production & Planning

• Plan for every 30 days, manage, and oversee all elements of production in Mayo & Honey department.
• Manage availability of all back processes and packing materials for 1 day resulting in smooth operations at any time.
• Develop and draft an improved production process.
• Minimum 95% achievement of monthly sales forecast for all SKUs.
• Monitoring trends and optimizing labour productivity (cost/kg).
• Increasing speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
• Identify, control and minimize material wastages

Key Role 2: Autonomous Maintenance

• Lead from the front to implement the culture "Maintenance by operator"
  To be a supporting part of maintenance team in reducing total breakdown time.
• Root cause analysis in minimizing/eliminating routine breakdowns.
• Timely execution of planned maintenance of all plants

Key Role 3: Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Stream line and sync mayo spreads process with on-line (same day) packing to avoid back log of mixers thus by installing oval and round bottle labeler, filler and effectively using hermetic sealers for packaging of trays.
• Real time and multiple production postings in a single day of FG stocks to see the latest picture of cover days.
• Identify grey areas that become hurdle in increasing plant efficiency.
• Planning and execution of process improvement lean manufacturing projects without compromising quality.
• Design and implement cost-reductive changes of non-productive materials such as shoppers and other things.
• Collaborate with DM Production & Maintenance in innovation projects (Process & machinery improvement)

Key Role 4: People capability and Skill development

• Identification of critical process parameters and conduct training of operators to religiously follow guidelines to yield best product.

• Assigning tasks to those workers who are best fit for the work (Labor KPI)
• Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery.
• Promotions and hiring of process operators to maintain equipment for maximum safety and efficiency.
• Training and counseling of operators on root cause analysis & 5S

Key Role 5: Safety Culture building

• Highlight and make sure proper installation of all motor safety covers, working of safety grill sensors and usage of gloves during CIP and hot water usage.
• Make sure that product is not exposed to environment; it should always remain in close loop.
• Floor marking and installation of railings for steel ladders platforms.
• People training and awareness sessions on health and safety.
• Daily floor walks for safety implementation check

Key Role 6: Food Safety and GMP Compliance

• Improvement in daily practices of workers for GMP compliance and food safety.
• Develop culture with focus on "My product my responsibility".
• Facilitate and conduct frequent GMP walks to highlight, analyze and resolve product safety related issues on production floor.
• Water, steam and product leakages removal on production floor.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering or BTech - Mechanical, Electrical, Food, or related fields.
  
• Experienced in FMCG / Packaging Industry.
• At Least 5 years of experience in Production process
• Highly developed organizational abilities
• Strong Communication Skills
