Job Overview

 A recruitment agency is looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator who will actively participate in short-form video content (reels) for our social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, storytelling, and can represent a professional brand in an engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear on camera and participate in reels and short-form videos (30–60 seconds)
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Plan, script, and execute reel ideas aligned with HR Ways brand and services
• Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and social media trends
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams for content ideas

• Assist in shooting & posting content

• Maintain a professional yet relatable on-screen presence

• Support brand awareness campaigns and service promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Creator

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera

• Strong understanding of reels, trends, hooks, and engagement techniques

• Good communication skills (English & Urdu preferred)

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or corporate content is plus
