About the Role
Were looking for a highly experienced and proactive Business Developer who can bring in clients through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads
- Prepare proposals, CVs & portfolios
- Set up client calls and close deals
- Manage freelance platforms & outbound channels
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in winning IT/software projects
- Strong experience on Upwork/Fiverr + lead generation tools
- Excellent English communication & proposal writing
- Ability to build processes from scratch
- Skilled in using AI tools, CRM, and outreach systems
Other Details:
Work Type: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Time: Flexible - 3 pm to 12 am (5 to 6 hours in office and remaining can be done from home)
