About the Role

We are seeking a relentless, high-impact SEO and Performance Marketing Expert to serve as the architect of our digital acquisition strategy. This dual-threat role requires a rare hybrid of deep technical acumen and razor-sharp media buying expertise to drive exponential growth across both organic and paid channels.

You will not only manage substantial performance budgets to maximize ROAS, but you will also get your hands dirty in the codebase, auditing server-side rendering, diagnosing JavaScript crawling issues, and optimizing site architecture. The ideal candidate operates autonomously, bridges the gap between marketing and engineering teams, and relies on rigorous data analysis to scale campaigns, dominate search landscapes, and convert traffic into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO & Architecture
  • Advanced Crawl Management: Expertise in log file analysis, crawl budget optimization, and site architecture for enterprise-level or complex websites.
  • JavaScript SEO: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve crawling, indexing, and rendering issues on JavaScript-heavy frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Core Web Vitals & Speed Optimization: Deep understanding of caching, resource loading, and rendering paths to achieve and exceed Core Web Vitals (CWV) benchmarks.
  • Structured Data: Expert-level implementation of complex Schema.org markup using JSON-LD to secure rich snippets and enhance search visibility.
Performance Marketing & Media Buying
  • Cross-Channel Paid Execution: Hands-on experience managing complex campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Paid Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Bid & Budget Management: Strong expertise in automated bidding strategies, algorithmic learning phases, and optimizing campaigns for CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Audience Orchestration: Advanced experience in audience segmentation, custom intent targeting, and building sophisticated retargeting funnels.
Web Technologies & Engineering Liaison
  • Code Fluency: Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation to effectively communicate technical requirements with development teams.
  • Server & Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTTP status codes, server-side vs. client-side rendering, edge SEO, and server-level redirects.
Data, Tracking & Analytics
  • Advanced Tracking Implementation: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including custom JavaScript variables, data layers, and server-side tagging.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to build automated, real-time dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to report on blended CAC and LTV metrics.
  • Web Analytics: Deep expertise in GA4, including custom event tracking, exploration reports, and attribution modeling.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • A/B & Multivariate Testing: Experience designing and executing statistically significant tests using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize alternatives.
  • Landing Page Architecture: Ability to wireframe and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to specific paid and organic user intent.
