Hiring for one of our Transport and Logistics System in Pakistan.
Job Description:
Technical Sales Support & Solutioning
Reviewing project specifications and technical requirements.
- Act as the technical SME, partnering with Sales to support customer solutioning and technical engagement.
Provide pre-sales technical support to sales and tendering teams.
Designing solutions for diesel generators and power plant projects.
Complete Project design and scoping.
Design and scoping knowledge of ATS, Sync Panel and Switch-Gear.
Preparing comprehensive material submittals for consultant approval
Work closely with Sales Managers to identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Provide technical expertise in sizing, application, configuration, and system integration of equipment and complete system solutions.
Proposals, Drawings & Tender Support
Develop and deliver technical proposals for bids and tenders, including drawings, calculations, and supporting documentation in compliance with client specifications.
Support bid and tender processes by contributing to solution shaping and supporting pricing strategies through technical documentation and equipment selections.
Customer Engagement & Technical Presentations
Participate in meetings, site visits, customer presentations, and negotiations, communicating technical solutions in clear, business-focused language.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
Application Engineering & Compliance
Provide application guidance including load assessments, sizing recommendations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, standards, and codes relevant to system integration and installation.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to validate feasibility, technical risks, scope alignment, and cost implications.
Sales Cycle Technical Ownership
Act as the key technical liaison during the sales cycle, ensuring customer confidence and technical credibility.
Support product demonstrations, factory witness tests (when required), and customer technical training sessions.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings within energy and power solutions, including control systems and emissions requirements.
Support internal and external audits and ensure activities align with company policies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and HSE practices.
Support additional technical assignments as required by the business.
Requirement:
1- Proven experience in the Diesel Generator/Power / Switchgear industry.
2- Strong technical writing and project study skills.

Experience: 2+ years in Power Generation / Diesel Generation
Location: Remote
Timings Days: Mon to Fri (9:30AM to 6:30PM)
