We're hiring an IT Service Desk Management (Technical Consultant) - Karachi (Onsite)

Our Client company is actively looking for BMC Helix ITSM Consultant. Our client is one of the leading technology companies operating in Pakistan for the last 40 years and providing best off the shelf solutions for Technology Infrastructures, application and Systems Integrated Services. They have been working on RPA technologies for the last many years and providing RPA services to some of the renowned names in Pakistan.

BMC Helix ITSM

  • Install, configure, and administer BMC Helix ITSM.

  • Manage:

    • Incident Management

    • Change Management

    • Problem Management

    • Service Request Management

    • Knowledge Management

    • Asset Management

  • Customize forms, workflows, filters, escalations, active links, and approvals.

  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications.

  • Troubleshoot performance and application issues.

  • Manage upgrades and migrations.

BMC Helix ITOM

  • Deploy and configure BMC Helix Operations Management.

  • Configure event management and alert correlation.

  • Manage monitoring policies and thresholds.

  • Implement service modeling and business service monitoring.

  • Configure integrations with monitoring and observability platforms.

  • Support AIOps and predictive analytics use cases.

TSSA (TrueSight Server Automation)

  • Deploy and manage TSSA infrastructure.

  • Configure RSCD agents on Linux and Windows servers.

  • Create and manage:

    • Patch Jobs

    • Compliance Jobs

    • Deploy Jobs

    • Provisioning Jobs

  • Perform OS patching and automated software deployment.

  • Implement compliance and security policies.

  • Troubleshoot patching and deployment issues.

  • Automate repetitive server administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 or 2 Years' Experience

  • BMC Helix ITSM

  • AR System

  • CMDB

  • Smart IT

  • Digital Workplace

  • BMC Discovery

  • BMC Helix Operations Management

  • TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA)

Operating Systems (Mandatory)

  • Red Hat Linux

  • Oracle Linux

  • CentOS

  • Windows Server

Database Knowledge

  • Oracle Database

  • Microsoft SQL Server

Scripting

  • Shell Scripting

  • PowerShell

  • Python (preferred)

Integration Skills

  • REST APIs

  • Web Services

  • LDAP / Active Directory

  • SSO Integration

Preferred Certifications

  • BMC Certified Professional – Helix ITSM

  • BMC Helix Operations Management Certification

  • TrueSight Server Automation Certification

  • ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Timing: 9 am to 5:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday
