We're hiring for Upwork Bidder Hybrid from Lahore

Company Details:

The company is an emerging software solutions provider specializing in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions for the Travel, Logistics, Agriculture, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

Role Review:

This is a full-time position based in Lahore. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and pursue business opportunities through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and other cold outreach channels. You will build client relationships, pitch our services, and negotiate contracts to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company's services to effectively represent the company

• Identify and pursue relevant projects on freelancing platforms

• Create customized, high-converting proposals

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project transition and execution

• Maintain and enhance company profiles and portfolios

Requirements:

• 1-2 year of experience in Business Development within the tech industry

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Knowledge about Upwork and Fiver

• Proven track record of securing projects and building long-term client relationships

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
