Full Stack Developer - Onsite - Islamabad

Hiring for one of our Software Management conultants in Islamabad

Role Overview –

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and user-focused applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system robustness, performance, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and highly interactive web applications using React and TypeScript.

- Modern State Management: Manage complex application state efficiently using modern state management libraries such as Jotai (or Recoil/Zustand).

- API Integration: Seamlessly integrate GraphQL and RESTful APIs to power dynamic user experiences.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver polished, end-to-end user-facing features.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical Requirements:

Must-Have:

- Language Proficiency: Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- UI Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of React and its core principles.

- State Management: Hands-on experience with modern, atomic, or simplified state management libraries, specifically Jotai/Recoil.

- API Technologies: Strong experience working with and integrating GraphQL APIs.

Nice-to-Have (Backend & Cloud):

- Experience with backend frameworks like Node.js, Nest.js, or Express.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS.

Performance Expectations:

- High-Quality Code: Deliver clean, well-tested, modular, and maintainable frontend code.

- Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned modules, from UI implementation to state design and API integration.

- Collaboration: Work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Self-Driven: Be proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrate strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Other Details:

Experience: 3–4 years

Location: Onsite - Islamabad

Timings: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
