Executive Compliance (Karachi, Onsite, PKR Salary)

We're hiring an Executive Compliance Officer - (Karachi)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Officer / Executive Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all statutory, regulatory, and food safety compliance requirements are consistently met across our dairy operations. This role requires strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality management systems, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the dairy and food manufacturing industry.

• Implement, monitor, and maintain FSSC 22000, BRCGS, QMS, and ISO standards across the facility.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and reports required for audits and regulatory inspections.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including third-party certifications and regulatory body inspections.

• Identify gaps in existing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance and food safety practices.

• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and adherence to compliance timelines.

• Conduct compliance-related training sessions for relevant teams to ensure awareness and alignment with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent implementation of compliance protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related field from a recognized institution.

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in compliance within the dairy or food manufacturing industry.

• Hands-on experience with FSSC, BRCGS, QMS, and ISO standards is essential.

• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements for the food sector.

• Excellent documentation, audit preparation, and reporting skills.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM
Work Days: Monday- Saturday
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Korangi, Karachi
