General Manager - Onsite - Karachi

Hiring for one of our Telecommunication company in Karachi.
Job Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across two growing organizations: a leading VoIP telecommunications provider and a software development and tech-talent company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Sales, Onboarding, Tech Support, Billing, Purchasing, Finance
- Manage development teams and drive product improvements
- Ensure high-quality server, telecom, and VoIP infrastructure operations
- Monitor call quality, route performance, and customer satisfaction
- Manage Sales, Recruitment, and Finance teams
- Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Support growth of the software development and tech-talent business
- Lead cross-functional teams and daily operations
- Implement processes, KPIs, and operational discipline
- Drive strategic initiatives and improve efficiency
- Report directly to company leadership and provide executive-level visibility
Qualifications
- 20+ years of leadership or operations management experience
- understanding of tech environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Other Details:
Experience: 18+ years in the field of Operations, Management, Client dealing
Location: Bahadurabad Karachi.
Timings: 12pm to 9pm
Salary: Market competitive with Good list of benefits.
