Job Summary: Sr. SEO Specialist
Top-tier SEO expert who has consistently delivered measurable organic growth, understands modern search (including AI-driven results), and can own strategy end-to-end from technical foundations to authority building and answer engine optimization.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, Proven success across technical, on-page, and off-page
- SEO Strong understanding and execution for AI search (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, etc.)
- Ability to drive rankings, traffic, and conversions - not just impressions
Core Responsibilities
1. Technical SEO (Non-Negotiable Depth)
Site architecture, crawlability, indexing optimization
Core Web Vitals, page speed, JS SEO
Schema markup and structured data
Log file analysis Identifying and fixing ranking bottlenecks at scale
2. On-Page & Content Strategy
Search intent mapping and keyword clustering
Content architecture for topical authority
Optimization for both traditional SERPs and AI-driven results
Internal linking strategies at scale
Ability to brief and guide content teams with precision
3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
High-quality link acquisition strategies (not spammy tactics)
Digital PR, outreach, and authority signals
Understanding of E-E-A-T and brand authority
4. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Structuring content for AI answer engines
Featured snippets, entity optimization, semantic SEO
Optimizing for zero-click searches and AI summaries
Understanding how LLMs retrieve and cite content
5. Analytics & Performance Ownership
Deep proficiency with:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Ability to connect SEO efforts to revenue, not just traffic
Build dashboards, track KPIs, and continuously optimize
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timings: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
