About Our Client:
Our client helps businesses streamline their operations through bookkeeping, reporting, administrative, and back-office support services.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to review paperwork and reporting for gas station operations. The primary focus of this role is to verify the accuracy of data submitted by store managers using established processes and built-in spreadsheet checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for gas station locations
Ensuring data entered by store managers is accurate and complete
Data entry and validation using Excel and Google Sheets
- Using pre-existing formulas to identify pricing errors, over/short discrepancies, and other inconsistencies
Reviewing fuel pricing and verifying charges against invoices
Monitoring over/short gallons and investigating discrepancies
- Reviewing expense reports, collecting invoices, and organizing them in Google Drive by station
Assisting with P&L statements and balance sheets as needed
Key Skills
