Hiring EPC Bid Manager from Islamabad | Hybrid.

Job Description:

A well-established solar energy consultancy with a legacy of 50+ years in the energy industry, offering end-to-end solar solutions across Asia. The company specializes in designing and delivering customized solar plants for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy systems tailored to each client's unique needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Bid Preparation and Bid Management for Local & International Markets

• Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Bid Management includes managing proper documentation submission before the deadline.

• In-depth knowledge of Bid Processes and compliance standards

• Experience in reviewing multiple tender sites and identifying relevant opportunities

• Excellent English language skills

• Identify and initiate contact with International firms to explore partnership or sub contracting opportunities on identified tenders

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Proven experience in the energy or renewable energy sector is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Punctual, organize and motivated individual

Experience: 3-5 years
Work Timings: 09 AM - 06 PM
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Mode:Hybrid ( 4 days WFO & 2 days WFH)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
