About the job Product Operations Manager | Hybrid in KHI | USD Salary
Hiring Production Operation Manager | Hybrid in KHI & Remote from other cities.
About Client Company:
Europe based IT Firm that engages in software architecture and scalable engineering for growing product teams.
Job Description:
Product Operations is the connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing and the wider business. As Product Operations Manager, you'll own processes that keep product development moving - making sure teams are aligned, decisions are grounded in data, and delivery is predictable.
You'll run these core processes independently and reliably, spot where they're creaking, and lead the fixes. This role is for someone who enjoys making other teams faster, increasing transparency, and getting hands-on to address blockers.
Responsibilities:
Build and Run Great Product Processes
Execute core product operations processes independently and reliably - roadmap tracking, planning cycles, reporting and delivery rituals.
Identify bottlenecks in our product processes and proactively unblock them, rather than waiting for escalation.
Use AI and automation to reduce manual effort in our operational processes.
Suggest and implement incremental workflow improvements, based on your
experience and feedback from the teams using them.
Use our tooling effectively to support roadmap tracking, reporting and delivery
visibility.
Support the Product Operations Director with Our Core Rituals
Weekly Programme Reviews - prepare the inputs, keep a clear record of decisions and chase the follow-ups.
OKRs - support quarterly planning, then track progress against objectives through the quarter and flag risks early.
User research and surveys - plan and run user-facing surveys, and synthesise the results into actionable take-aways for product teams.
Quality assurance - support QA planning for feature testing, coordinating coverage across teams ahead of release.
Customer sentiment - monitor feedback and sentiment across channels (such as app store reviews), turning recurring themes into concrete plans rather than reports that sit unread.
Product Health - support the weekly Product Health sessions, pulling together the inputs and driving the actions that come out of them.
Turn Data into Product Insights
Leverage surveys, customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights that inform day-to-day decision-making.
Build reports and data dashboards that surface the performance indicators product teams rely on.
Communicate data findings clearly to peers, managers and stakeholders, so they can act on them.
Keep Teams Aligned and Enabled
Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering and other functions to ensure a shared understanding of goals and timelines.
Communicate team progress and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.
Anticipate misalignments early and actively help resolve them, within and across teams.
Lead Initiatives
Take the lead end-to-end on smaller-scale initiatives - framing the problem, agreeing the approach, driving it to rollout and adoption.
Take on progressively more complex assignments as you grow in the role.
Requirements:
3+ years in product operations, programme or project management, or a comparable role in a product-led organisation.
Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion).
Proven experience of leveraging AI to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.
Comfort working with product data - you can pull it, interrogate it and present it.
Experience with an analytics platform (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker) is a plus.
A track record of running processes that span multiple teams and functions.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Who You Are
Problem-solving initiative. You cut through ambiguity, define the problem, get to its cause, weigh the options, choose a path, and see the solution through. You address problems with minimal direction and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
Communication and collaboration. You enable other people's work and measure yourself on whether their teams move faster. You convey, receive and interpret messages in a respectful, purposeful way, and adapt how you communicate to different audiences and contexts. You help facilitate meetings and contribute meaningfully, and you work effectively
with others toward shared goals.
Growth mindset. You actively seek out new challenges and opportunities to improve. You demonstrate responsibility, integrity and persistence, and treat feedback as a driver of growth. When you hit a setback, you stay optimistic, composed and solution-oriented.
Nice-to-Have: You are a keen Football Fan!
