Lead UI/UX Designer (Onsite | Karachi | PKR Salary)

Position Overview:

The Lead UI/UX Designer is responsible for defining and executing user-centered design strategies across digital products, platforms, and client engagements. This role ensures seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences that align with business goals, technical constraints, and client expectations. Operating at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy, the Lead UI/UX Designer will oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle—from research and wire framing to high-fidelity design and usability testing—while mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive the overall UX strategy for internal and client-facing digital products.
• Ensure design decisions are informed by research, analytics, and user feedback.
• Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
• Lead design reviews, ensuring creative excellence and usability.

2. User Research & Experience Mapping

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints to guide design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

3. Wireframes, Prototypes & Visual Design

• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Develop scalable and consistent design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
• Deliver polished, pixel-perfect UI designs for websites, apps, dashboards, and enterprise tools.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/ADA standards).

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align on scope, goals, and timelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Provide clear design specifications and assets for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with stakeholders.

5. Client Engagement & Feedback Management

• Attend client workshops and meetings to gather design requirements.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to clients.
• Integrate feedback while balancing creativity, usability, and business goals.
• Build trust with clients through high-quality deliverables and timely delivery.

6. Mentorship & Team Development

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, design thinking, and innovation.
• Recommend and introduce new design tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have worked with companies in North America, Europe etc not Pakistan.
• Min Qualification: Bachelors.
• Must have 6+ yrs in UI/UX Designing.

Work Mode: ONSITE - Full Time

Location: P.E.C.H.S, Karachi

Experience:6+ years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 1 pm- 9 pm
