Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and certified Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to join our team in Karachi. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and managing AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce, helping automate business workflows and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement custom AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce

Configure Topics, Actions, and Orchestration Logic for autonomous agent workflows

Use Prompt Builder to create and manage prompt templates with grounding techniques

Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Build and extend agents using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Connect Agentforce with Data Cloud to improve agent response accuracy and personalization

Use the Agentforce Testing Center to validate agent performance and reliability

Monitor agent adoption, performance KPIs, and handle security & compliance requirements

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify the right AI agent use cases

Integrate with third-party apps and APIs to extend agent capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience

Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation

Hands-on experience with Agentforce (Agent Builder, Topics & Actions, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integration

Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and prompt engineering

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification

Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certifications

Experience with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud AI features (SDR Agent, Sales Coach, etc.)

Familiarity with Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and SFMC

AI/ML certification from recognized institutions (AWS AI Specialty, Azure AI, etc.)

Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment

Salary: Market Competitive
